Today we welcomed home our Olympic and Paralympic athletes from Paris.

Queenslanders were out in numbers cheering on and @bne_lordmayor Adrian Schrinner awarded our athletes the keys to the city.

As Patron of the Kawana Waters Surf Lifesaving Club since 2009, today’s announcement holds a special place in my heart.

We have committed $10 million for a major upgrade to the surf club building, which is also home to the Kawana RSL Sub Branch, if the LNP is elected next month.
